Remote Assistance

Sometimes the best way to fix a problem is to have someone show you how. Remote Assistance is a convenient way for SolveIT in another location to connect to your computer from another computer running a compatible operating system such as windows XP, Vista, 7 AND Mac OsX and walk you through the solution, or in certain situations, take control of your PC to fix the problem.

There are many remote control software packages available, SolveIT use Logmein and TeamViewer, because they are free and very user friendly.

All SLA customers have the option of having logmein installed on their PC for instant support wherever I am.
